Payment Policies

  • Late Payment Fee:

    A prompt payment of the tuition fee should be made every Friday. A $25.00 delinquency fee will be charged on Monday. $5 will be charged per day after that and the account will be closed on the following Wednesday. If there is a problem with tuition payment, please speak to Director. An official numbered receipt will be issued after each payment.

  • Late Pick-Up Fee:

    A $1.00 Fee will be charged for every minute per child after 6:00 p.m. (Closing Time). If the Child has not been picked up within 30 minutes, and the center is unable to contact the people listed on Child’s “Enrollment Form”, we are required to contact Social Services who will then pick the child up for safekeeping.

  • School Closing Days:

    If a School-aged Student has a Holiday or is not attending school for any reason, an additional $65.00 drop-in fee will be charged per day for staying the entire day at the center. However, keep in mind that child may not attend the Center if she or he is ill.

  • Child Absences:

    The center should be informed if the child is absent. No reimbursement or credit will be given in the event of an absence. 50% of the regular fee should be paid if your child missed a full week. This fee should be paid in advance to avoid disenrollment.
